  • 食用方法
    ▲煎餃
    1.將1大匙油加入平底鍋放入約12顆餃子
    2.煎至底部稍金黃,續加20~80毫升的水量,蓋上鍋蓋以小火煎煮約5~6分鐘。
    3.煎至鍋內水乾,將餃子煎至底部金黃即可。
    ▲蒸餃
    在鍋內倒入適當的水,大水煮沸,無須解凍將餃子放入蒸鍋內,改以中火炊約8~10分鐘即可。
    ▲水煮
    熱水煮沸後將餃子放入中火約5~6分鐘,餃子浮起時即可撈起食用。
    ▲油炸
    油加熱至160~170°C,將餃子加入油炸約5~6分鐘,表面金黃即可食用。
