調理方法
(一)煎餃
1.先將1大匙油加入平底鍋放入約12顆餃子,煎至底部稍金黃
2.續加入150~170毫升的水量,蓋上鍋蓋以小火煎煮約8~10分鐘
3.煎至鍋內水份收乾,底部金黃即可
(二)蒸餃
1.在鍋內倒入適量的水,大火煮沸
2.水餃放入蒸鍋內,改以中火蒸炊約10~12分鐘即可
(三)水煮
1.熱水煮沸後將餃子放入中火煮約8~10分鐘
2.餃子浮起時即可撈食用。
